What is Aurora Agent and what can it do for me?
Aurora Agent is an AI agent platform for researchers. Upload large sets of papers and materials, and the agents handle deep tasks: literature reviews, knowledge-base Q&A, empirical data analysis, and academic translation, with results grounded in your sources.
Is it free to use? Is there a free quota?
Yes. After signing in you get a free quota to upload materials and start asking and writing right away, so you can evaluate it before subscribing — no payment required first.
How many files can I upload, and how large?
Up to 150 files per session, each up to 100MB. It supports PDFs, papers, textbooks, and other common formats, and can batch-parse 100+ documents.
Which agents are available on the platform?
A review-writing agent, an empirical analysis agent, a knowledge-base / general agent, plus quick translation and a multi-agent roundtable. Switch between them inside the Research Space.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and the agents support Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Switch the interface language and the agent writes and answers in that language.
Is my uploaded data safe? Is it used to train models?
Your materials are used only to serve your own sessions and are never used to train models. The platform uses account authentication and isolated API keys, so different users’ data stays separate.
Which payment methods are supported?
Users in China can pay via WeChat / Alipay (through Hupijiao); overseas users can pay with international cards (through Creem). Subscribe monthly, by semester, or annually, effective immediately.
How is it different from a general AI chat?
Aurora Agent retrieves within your uploaded materials by section and cites sources, sharply reducing hallucination — better suited to serious research, reviews, and paper writing.
